The website does not contain contact or application forms and does not directly collect commercial enquiries, résumés or attachments. SFERA may process data voluntarily sent by users through their own email application, in addition to technical browsing and security data and cookie preferences.

Google Analytics and its identifiers are enabled only after the user has given consent and only when the service has been configured.

Retention

Data received by email is retained for the time required for the stated purposes. Contact enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months; résumés for up to 12 months unless otherwise agreed; and cookie preferences for 6 months. Analytics retention depends on the property configuration and does not exceed the period selected in the service.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by technical, hosting and IT support providers and, with consent, by Google Analytics. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place using the safeguards provided by applicable law and the relevant supplier agreements.

Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and may withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. They may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
